Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect customers, networks, providers and the public from misuse of Simnetic services.

Policy version:
2026-10-10
Effective date:
2026-10-10

1. Prohibited activity

Do not use a service for fraud, card testing, impersonation, harassment, spam, unlawful interception, malware, sanctions evasion, prohibited content, automated account creation or any activity that violates law or another person’s rights. Do not probe, bypass or overload security and rate limits.

2. eSIM and virtual-number rules

Do not resell, share or route service unless the plan expressly permits it. Virtual numbers may not be used for deceptive caller identity, unsolicited messaging, artificial traffic, account farming or bypassing another service’s identity controls. Emergency calling is unavailable unless expressly shown.

3. Verification and enforcement

We or our providers may require accurate identity, address, intended-use or business information before or during service. We may limit, suspend, investigate or terminate activity reasonably linked to abuse, protect evidence and report conduct where required. We will not block a customer solely because a VPN is used.

4. Reporting and effect

Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with relevant details. Enforcement under this policy does not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights and does not permit early release of a prepaid number except where required by law, provider safety rules or a serious breach.

Support requests are answered within one UK business day.
